Tween Lovin
When I saw this adorable tween bedroom on Simplified Bee, I knew I had to share it with you! It was designed by Grant Gibson for the San Francisco Elle Decor Designer Show house. I wish I was in San Fran to see it in person.

I am CRAZY about the wallpaper- do you happen do know what it is? I also love the grasscloth in the bathroom- sweet rooms!
