Design Consultation:
In dept design service for your home. We will meet at your home, I will ask you questions to get an idea about your wants, needs, and design aesthetic. We will be creating a plan of action, and a “to do list”. This list will include items that need purchasing, layout recommendations, and paint colors. During this time you can pick my brain and ask any questions you have.

E- Decorating
This is a service where Serendipity Interiors will help you get your design plan started. You will receive via snail mail a custom design plan that has a custom design board with a written plan of action, swatches of paint and fabric, room layout options, inspiration photos, as well as sources for all of the items presented. Living Rooms, Kitchens, and Family Rooms $450. Bedrooms, Offices, and Dining Rooms $350. Bathrooms, Entryways, and Hallways $250
Mood Boards
Mood Boards are great for clients who need a little extra inspiration to get their decorating started. Mood boards will be custom-made and will be sent via email. You will receive the design board with written explanation on placement as well as sources. Small Board 8-10 items $50. Large Board 12-15 items $75

A-La- Carte
Personal Shopper: If you need help picking out key elements in your home, such as a Sofa or new Bed? $50 an hour
Accessory Selection: Do you already have your key pieces of furniture but need help adding accessories? Or maybe you need a little extra help finding art. $50 an hour
1 Hour Design Time: This is an hour-long consultation where Gina will come into your home, and help you with whatever you would like. That can include rearranging furniture and accessories or bouncing around ideas. $65
Real Estate Staging: Advice on how to make your home look its very best to potential buyers. This will include a two-hour consultation with a list of suggestions and possible resources you can use. Very important in this economy as these changes will mean fewer days on the market, and more money in your pocket. $500
