Kate Schintzius' Apartment

The first thing I noticed when I saw this fab pad is the amazing rug!! It's what I would call Zigzag heaven! This adorable place belongs to Kate Schintzius of M Design Interiors. The apartment is in West Hollywood but she went for a "Palm Beach in the 70's vibe" and I would say she hit the mark! Isn't the color combo so unique!

Kate loves a good bargin, and did a ton of the shopping on Ebay, and Craigslist. Girl after my own heart!

I love every single thing M. Design does! The first room is in my folder of 'all time love rooms'-I absolutely adore everything about it- the rug, painting, blue walls, and chair fabric all make me crazy. The whole apartment is amazing- thanks for sharing!

This is the most uniquely designed and color-paletted room I have ever seen. All the designs work so well together and bring personality to each part of the home. I came across your post this morning while browsing interior design blogs and your take on interior d├ęcor is exquisite. Would you use vibrant and bright window treatments to mesh with the color scheme or go neutral for contrast? It is true that you must dress your windows appropriately to bring out their true beauty. Thank you for writing and as a special thanks to you and your readers, I would like to offer a 20% off coupon using this code upon checkout: BLG20.
