DIY Dresser

I love nothing more than a great DIY, especially when it comes to furniture. Last week I saw a great one on Little Green Noteboook, done by a woman for the Dwell with Dignity Contest. I love how she took this plain, boring and quite ugly dresser and made it completely fabulous.

So you don't have a plain piece of furniture laying around? Not to worry you can go to Ikea and get this plain jane ugly baby from Ikea, like Audrey and Lindsay and Hodge Podge , and turn it into one of these options:

AMAZING right?!!

Which is your favorite???

I LOVE the last one! It looks so elegant and definitely not like a typical piece of furniture you'd see at IKEA!

The last one with the naturally stained dark wood and white drawers is gorgeous! Can't wait to try this!

Hands down the Audrey and Lindsey dresser! Wow!

Although I love the knobs on the Hodge Podge dresser. I'm thinking of using the same on a painted black 50's sideboard for my dining room.
